Fair Oaks Estates is a gated senior community conveniently located on four beautifully landscaped acres in Carmichael, California.  We serve the Elderly of the greater Sacramento Valley by providing Assisted Living Care, Memory Impaired Care, Respite & Vacation Care, and Hospice Care, all in our sixty bed community. 

At Fair Oaks Estates, we recognize all residents are unique and require a specific care plan to meet their needs and capabilities.  We offer a variety of care programs to ensure your loved one has just the right amount of care, but not so much that it inhibits independence.

Our interior areas are spacious, comfortable and inviting, and the abundant landscaping provides the perfect environment for residents and family alike to enjoy.  Our residents take special pleasure in our central courtyard; an ideal place for relaxing in the sun or visiting with friends and family.

Our activities program is open daily with a variety of exciting social and recreational events ranging from outings to live entertainment.  The Activity Department at Fair Oaks Estates is especially responsive to residents needs through the monthly Activity Advice Meeting.  Residents come together to make suggestions, vote and customize the monthly Activity Calendar

Residents at Fair Oaks Estates enjoy three complete meals a day served restaurant style in our beautiful dining room with friends.  A variety of choices are carefully planned out to provide residents with a healthy and flavorful selection.  Snacks are also provided daily in the Activity Room in the mid-afternoon to be enjoyed while participating in a friendly game of Blackjack or other afternoon activity."
